2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The salon is open to amateur and professional photographers from all over
the world. Entrants must be authors of the works they submit.
Each participant may send maximum of 4 photographs to each section.
The organizer can use the exhibited works for reproduction in the catalogue
and for promotion without paying any author's fee.
- There are six sections, all digital:
A) MY FAVOURITE PHOTOS (color/monochrome digital) FIAP and PSA PID
B) WOMAN AROUND US (color/monochrome digital) FIAP and PSA PID
C) PORTRAIT (color/monochrome digital) FIAP and PSA PID
D) LANDSCAPE (color/monochrome digital) FIAP and PSA PID
E) OPEN COLOR (color digital) FIAP and PSA PID
F) OPEN MONOCHROME (monochrome digital) FIAP and PSA PID
- Each photo can be presented in only one section.
Photos must be in JPG file format, maximum dimensions:
1920 pix. Horizontal side and 1200 pix. Vertical side in 300 dpi.
AUTHORS CAN SUBMIT PHOTOS ONLINE, compression 7-12, max 2Mb.
Following the instructions on www.fkk.rs or they can send them on
CD or DVD. CD/DVD will not be returned.
5. ENTRY FORM
Authors must fill out online entry form (Preferred method).
They can also send the printed entry form to the organizer’s address together
with a CD/DVD.
6. FILE NAMING
No requirements for file names, file name should be as you
would want it to appear in the catalogue (same as title name).
Our program will later add the necessary data .
Only English letters (a-z) are allowed.
7. ENTRY FEE
Entry fee is mandatory for all participants and is 25 Euros (35$).
The fee is unique for all themes ( 25Euros or 35$ for all 6 sections).
Possible ways of payment:
- PayPal transfer (Preferred method)
- Cash sent to organizer’s address (Checks and IRC are not accepted)
- The works of the authors who did not pay the fee would not be taken
8. REPORT CARD NOTIFICATIONS
All participants will receive report card notifications via e-mail.
The results of the exhibition will also be published on the website www.fkk.rs
9. DVD CATALOG
The DVD-ROM Catalog, showing acceptances and awarded images, will be
mailed to each entrant.
10. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
Organizer will take all possible care when handling the incoming and
outgoing mail. However, we do not accept any responsibility for damage or
loss during transit.

FSS Gold medal in each section (6 altogether)
+ 2 FSS honorable mention in each section (12 altogether)

The jury reserves the right to grant additional awards.
Each author can receive only one award in each of the section.
The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable, complaints are not possible.

Sending of catalogs and awards: 15.06.2014.
14. EXHIBITION PUBLIC SHOWINGS
Electronic Slide Show Program will be shown on a High resolution Full HD Projector.
